Went for a stroll during my lunch break. The sun almost came out, along with a nice breeze. It's good to be a norwegian in Oslo.

It has been a long standing tradition in our family to have pizza on fridays. Well, since I am going away this weekend, I made friday pizza today, thursday. And as always, the pizza is accompanied by "pizza wine", and these days my favorite is Nadia Curto's Barbera d'Alba. Excellent, as always.

Not to follow the crowd, but I thought I should mention briefly the topic so popular in the news now. Prop 8 and Doma, no longer a "thing". The U.S. is moving forward when it comes to gay marriage and equality. Finally!

 

On a different note: A shout out to Wendy Davis who stood for 11 hours "filibustering" to prevent the passing of a bill that would ban abortion.

Quite a week for the United States.

Almost all black today. It's cold, wet and grey out, so black seemed like the way to go. On days like these I also choose comfort, so leggings from Zara was an wasy choice.

Awaiting a visit from some friends. A casual wednesday at Cantina Granveien. Nothing like a glass of wine to relax after a day at work and a visit to the gym.

A new addition to our proch, the fatboy hammock. I invited my friend over for dinner, and we tested it out. Very comfy, perfect for two. Looks like I've found a new place to read for the summer.

Ate a wonderful dinner at Jacob Aall at Aker Brygge (Oslo) after checking out an art gallery. Nice way to spend the hours after work.
