mayo the home made way


When I was in Italy this summer, I learned how to make Mayo from scratch. All you need are eggs and vegetable oil, and whatever flavor you want, and you mix it together. The trick is to have the right consistency, but that takes practice. 
So with our seafood dinner, we had home made mayo, along with a little blind tasting of white wines.
