christmas eve dinner

Celebrated dinner with the family, Grandma flew in from Stavanger, so the five of us enjoyed Elio Altare's Larigi with our "stick meat" (pinnekjøtt). Stick meat is a traditional christmas eve dinner in Norway. Not my favorite, but the excellent wine made up for it. 

I love Christmas. It's so good to be home!

I am drinking so much good wine these days. I feel so spoiled. I prefer white, most of the time, but I also like red. The problem now is that I am so spoiled. I have been drinking so much high quality wine, that I am spoiled.

Vietti, Altare, Cavalotto, Mascarello.

Then som white burgundy, then red burgundy. 

Life is good.
