A new App!

I use Nike Running, and love it. But I was also looking for something to help me with my strength training as well. And Nike Training Club App does the trick!

I tried it today and LOVE it!

It is free on iTunes, and it has all kinds of work outs, with audio and video assistance.

I discovered Davids Tea today. They have every tea possible. It was so much fun to browse, and they let you smell all the ones you want.

This cup I bought changes color when filled with warm water. The cup also comes with an infuser.

surprise visit

It was my brother's birthday a few weeks ago, and I decided to surprise him this weekend!

I took him to Otto, a Mario Batali restaurant and we had Ettore Germano! So good!

He then took me to a NYU party, and we met up with some kids from our high school. It was a good evening.

He had the chance to leave prison, but did not because the conditions were for him to leave the country.

He did not want to leave his people behind. And in the end he succeeded.
